Hi, on Tuesday May 10th, between 09:45 AM and - 11:15 AM EDT we will be conducting a routine maintenance in one of our Redis database server cluster. Although we don't expect any major outage, we thought it would be best to let you know, as we'll be taking this chance to increase the capacity and upgrade version of the cluster, so it is possible that the Events service experiences some degradation. This means that, during the maintenance window, the data would be accepted and some events will have a few minutes of latency to execute.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and will be available for any questions or remarks.
