Hello,
We're happy to announce that we've made changes to our infrastructure that will enable us to add a 2nd power supply to your currently single powered host at no additional cost. The core benefit of this change is ensuring your device remains online in case a single power supply malfunctions.
These are the hosts that are in question for this change:

A "Cold" add means we will undertake the PSU addition with the server powered down. In order to perform a cold add, we will need to access the OS in order to gracefully halt it. Please ensure that the login credentials on file are up to date for this purpose. Alternatively, you can shut down the host yourself if you prefer.
We offer the following maintenance windows for this change:
Any day of the week, 9:00am - 12:00pm EDT (UTC-4) Any day of the week, 5:00pm - 8:00pm EDT (UTC-4) Any day of the week, 1:00am - 4:00am EDT (UTC-4)
Our action plan is as follows:
1. Confirm that the host is offline (please state if you would like downtime from our end or yours) 2. Move host to a new location (A new location where space and capacity are available) 3. Add the second PSU 4. Allow the host to boot back into the OS 5. Final update with provided proof that everything is functional

We would like to note that as per our Datacenter Operations executive management this change will have to be carried out before the end of this year.
