Hi, on Thursday March 10th, between 9AM and - 12PM EDT we will be conducting a routine maintenance in our time-series database server cluster. Although we don't expect any major outage, we thought it would be best to let you know, as we'll be taking this chance to increase the capacity of the cluster, so it is possible that the ingestion service experiences some degradation. This means that, during the maintenance window, the data would be accepted and displayed in your dashboards, but might not be reflected immediately when navigating to a variable's historical data. It is worth highlighting that even in a scenario where the ingestion service presents a temporary outage, there wouldn't be any data loss, as the data would be re-injected as soon as the ingestion service goes back to normal.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and will be available for any questions or remarks.
